Someone removed my tags, but isn't that Chika from Ichigo Mashimaro? It looks exactly like her, from her trademark side ponytail with the balls-scrunchie to the fact that she's in the kitchen baking sweets.

I removed the tags, because it doesn't look like Chika very much to me (and that side ponytail isn't particularly specific to her, off the top of my head, Kyon no imouto has the same hair style, complete with balls accessory thing), and they weren't there in the other image either, which sort of confirmed my feeling.

Why is this rating locked? I want to rate this as Questionable, since I don't think an image of someone slashing her wrist should be considered Safe.

"Safe" on Danbooru doesn't mean "safe for children", it means "no sexual content". Violence is a-ok.

I think it would be strange if all the "Rated Safe" posts had to be mother-approved, when the advertisements themselves have a tendency of burning my eyes to a char inside their sockets.
