I'm gonna destroy you all! Bow down before Isuzu's anti-submarine equipment! Seems like it's reference to the anime Attack on Titan with Elen's phrase "駆逐してやる!"("I'm going to kill them all!"). 駆逐 is also short for destroyer, hence the pun.
