All I can think of when I look at this is that the fleet's playing baseball, Yahagi is managing one of the teams, and umpire Musashi just made a bullshit call. (I'm not sure where the blood comes into it, admittedly. That's usually AFTER the chest-to-chest yelling in baseball fights. :)
