I don't even see them so it sounds weird fro my point of view with people saying that they ruin the pic. lol

You can see them most easily around the edges of colors; so actually most of the hair is fairly artifacted.

I think that one may have been run through an image upscaler, because the resolution of this one seems to be the same as the twitter and pixiv sources.
