It said 'Haokamiin'.

Luckily the iOS Google Translate app has the ability to draw out characters. I had each of those 3 translated one by one and here's what Google Translate gave me.

覇: Supremacy
狼: Wolf
印: Mark

I still have little idea what it would mean.

Nice try. Remember that kanji tend to have different readings.

覇 ("ha") + 狼 ("rou") + 印 ("in") = "harouin" ≈ Halloween

I was tempted to add 'If anyone really knows, please feel free to help with translating.' line, but I never succumbed to that tempation...
