Nice to have sure, but realistically, you go ahead and bucket spam on events anyway. So even having the 2 default 2 docks makes the 2nd one almost non-existant.

Collecting buckets to 2k or 3k is only for diligent ttks, while the lazy one having a lot of dupes on versatile ships and 4 docks to sit out the long repair to save buckets so that they dont need to collect lots of buckets for events.
