When an otaku finds himself doing this sort of thing (especially in public) I think it's time he took an objective look at the way his life is really going... (even though he must have one friend in the world, the one who took the photo!)
I'm wondering... these people think all dating has to be like they see in anime or games (ero or otherwise). So they see it as an unattainable fantasy and make sad joke pictures. I'm geeky and even I used to date women. Surely they must have some chance...
I can imagine, one day he is taking his pillow for a walk to get a bite to eat, after he sits down he notices at the table across from him, is a female otaku who has a shota pillow...
in japan a stupid guy made a rule that all the otakus can marry with 2D girls, so he maybe did that and that explain why he is there with a pillow, if dun belive me google it XD
