    去年C86の夏コミにて配布した会場限定本『艦これ×MCPIXEL』を
    艦これアニメ記念という感じで公開いたします（＾ｑ＾）
    艦これの世界にMCPIXELというゲームの要素をぶち込んだという漫画ですが
    ひどい漫画ですいろんな意味で

    "理解し難い状況だけどわかっていることがひとつだけある!!" doesn't this translate to "It's incomprehensive situation, but there's just one thing I do know!!". Especially when you put this together with the next panel?
