This is part of a copy-hon put out in 2013 by Kuroneko, it can be found here http://www5.ocn.ne.jp/~kuronyan/scag_html/info_00.html (click "Dojin", then "Copy Book", then "2013") The Pixiv sample only had this page. It's a one-page comic though.

Took me over two years, but I did it myself in the end. Though still not entirely sure about 'Chovy's second line in the third panel.
