    I always thought Haruna's the demure, gentle one. And Kirishima being the serious, brainy type with a vicious streak.

    The funniest thing is that they are actually depicted exactly like that in the official Fubuki 4koma manga.

    Although the 4koma is a gag type of comedy so most depictions in that are taken with a grain of salt. Most people put more stock into stuff like the Audio Dramas for character interactions.
