It reads Koakuma & Kokoa from what I can tell. Kokoa is a popular fan character based on Koakuma since it is unclear if Patchouli only summoned one familiar or if there are multiple. That theory began because Koakuma has appeared in canon works as background cameos either with long hair or shoulder length. Kokoa is usually portrayed as the shorter hair one.
