Indeed—well, it's an actual line of hers in one episode, but I suspect it was scripted as an homage. The line's become an "impending personal failure/disaster" meme among Japanese fans.

Also, I started hearing the Ginyuu Force theme in my head for strip 1, panel 4. I'm sure if the Puchimusus' anatomy allowed them to strike those poses (and if Harunyan weren't enjoying tea, Hiee wasn't stealing panties, and Megane had her glasses on), they'd be doing so.
