    Fuel-Air EXPLOSION!

Basically when finely-divided combustible matter (liquid droplets, flour, sawdust, coffee creamer, etc) is mixed with air, the resulting 'cloud' can burn very quickly when heat is introduced (even with a spark), in a self-sustaining chain reaction. The resulting gases will then generate a strong overpressure wave, i.e. an explosion.

Yellow on white translation is nearly illegible. Also one sound effect on right side not translated. Many thanks otherwise.

I think the French part is wrong, it should be "tout de suite" and not "tout suite".
Anyway, thanks for the fast translation as always.

I've only heard tout suite. I know tout de suite is correct en Francais, but every time I heard it used in an English conversation, it's missing the de.

Plus, I only put it in there (for the 早速) for flavour - since they're in a kitchen, a bit of French is nice. (doubly so if it was Kongou saying it)

Considering Kongou is -suppose- to be British(in a sense), shouldn't she be against french?

1912 Upper-class British pretty much all spoke some French - it was the international language at the time. (They'd also learn Latin and/or Classical Greek, if they went to public school). I remember an article looking at a old new clipping from the Crimean War (I think), and it was almost a 1/3 French. Not that the words didn't exist in English - it was just expected that the reader would know the word in French, so French was used.

It gave people as certain je ne sais quoi, non?

I guess it's like sometimes I see "et tu". I thought for a long time it was a typo for "es-tu" but I found out later that it means in reality "you too" (which us, French, says "toi aussi").

"Et tu" is from Latin. Made famous by the purported last words of Caesar ("Et tu, Brute?), as written by Shakespeare.

Which leads to a certain joke.

What does je ne sais quoi mean?

    I don't know what.

Why are you using the word if you don't know what it means?

I know what it means. I don't know what.

    GAAARGH stop being so pretentious!

    Pretentious, moi?
