That's a wonderful-looking Raven! I very much disliked her Injustice appearance (relative to Teen Titans) but why is her skin normal here? :/
oh you... The original comics Raven always had normal skin, it was only that *sigh* Teen Titans cartoon that they introduced the idea that she had gray skin for whatever reason. You'll also notice her outfit is based on the original Raven outfit and not her ...ahem Teen Titan unitard & cloak look.
Say what you will, that is your right, but I think a leotard makes more sense than a skirt that could flip up so easily and expose all of Raven's *ahem* fun parts.

I thought that way too. If I'm not mistaken the cartoon originally planned for her to have a skirt not unlike this. However it proved too difficult to animate, so they stuck to the leotard. It also explains the simplicity of Starfire's skirt.
