While me clearing E-3 with level 43-48 ships on easy a few hours ago... I humbly receive her in my fleet too. I though I wouldn't make it.
Unless I get lucky in the last hours, it looks like Katori will have to wait for another day.
EDIT: And just as I though I didn't make it. Anyway, I'll comfort myself leveling Ooyodo, Akashi, Akitsu Maru, Taigei, Yuubari, Suzuya, Agano, Hamakaze and of course U-511 who all dropped on this event.
