I am STRONGLY suspect this guy is the same as one of the highest-quality drawn guro artists I am aware of (believe me, if you're writing alternate history fiction, you need to journey into the depths of the human mind, the dark places, I'm not proud of it, but I've learnt enough regarding art to recognize the similarities)

The nipple style, the liking for either blue or red hair (and red always with green eyes), the universally large breasts of that particular shape, hourglass figures, and not too thick thighs with relatively slender calves... those all point to this guy being the same as that famous guro artist.

I won't point out who exactly, but anyone who has looked for cannibalistic images on pixiv (which are overwhelmingly misogynistic, due to male hunger for dominance) knows EXACTLY who I'm referring to.
