Unfortunately, in an effort to keep bandwidth costs down they only give accounts full access after a while, so even with an account for a while you can't check nico douga during Japanese primetime. The wait is worth it though, I think.

Oh, so they opened up the accounts for some kind of access? Last I checked, the best $BIGNUM accounts people could hope for was not getting raped by elephants too often. On good days anyway. I myself had an account back from <1M days stashed away somewhere, I only had to recover the password... took like half a day, but let me watch moontube without elephant fear.
