This is probably how the final battle with Wo-class in the anime will go. The shipgirls will probably have to blow her literally to pieces in order to stop her.

I doubt it. The final boss never really die, especially when it's someone like Wo-chan here.
Wo-chan would probably make it back to the base, become an Abyss Admiral and proceed to make plans to take revenge on the Shipgirls via nuclear powered Abyss flyers in the if-possible next season.
