This was a collaboration doujin(or just arr, cause I haven't found anything about the book) between Morino hon and Oinari got the Autumn Reitaisai last year. Both are Hourai by the respective artist.
Edit: It's a doujin. The Oinari part is an origin story of Hourai, and Morino hon's part is about Hourai fantasizing about being a hero who saves Alice from the Demon Overlord... yeah, lots of doll dressup ensues.
