That might work, but it's hard to decide which is the "proper way" to wear that dress when it seems designed to bare the shoulders.
Is there really no term for when you tuck up that kind of clothes?

Only thing I could think of would be "Pulled it up," but that would work better if the previous page pointed out that they were down.

Well, "properly dressed" can also refer to dressing appropriately for the occasion, like when you're going to an interview or visiting a respectable youkai. Might be less confusing than "pulled up" since it has a bunch of different meanings.

I'd go with 'smartened up'.
