You mean Degtyaryov DP machine gun? That looks pretty similar but not sure if that's the exact model cuz that barrel jacket means it is water cooled. DP-28 never got water cooled barrel as far as I know.

It's a Lewis gun. Not a half unreasonable answer though; the Degtyaryov is another of the very few firearms to have used a circular pan magazine.

It's a Type 92 Machine Gun, the Japanese version of the Lewis Gun.
