Simo Hayha was a sniper so give her sniper rifles not bazookas!
This is pretty much how infantry are used in Milihime, all of them are given 2 weapons after their promotion, and due to Hayha's accuracy, she can be given dual anti-tank weapons without too much accuracy nerf.
