If this is indeed the painting being parodied I find it peculiar that the artist did not have Eirin consult with Reisen holding a flask while that little creepy kid peeking over the bottom of the frame could be Tewi.
edit: Looking about I find more similar paintings, so I am sure there is another closer to this one.
