I know I'll probably get downvoted for this, but seriously... this is a little much.

I can only imagine what Yohane thinks while drawing such pictures. It's not attractive at the slightest.

I hope that the artist isn't taking inspiration from reality. Just hoping that the artist isn't in a state of food deprivation like this Patchouli...

Now that you mention it...his girls may have horrifyingly thin bodies,but their faces are normal.
It's almost like he look down at his body for reference then just draw a girl's head on top of that...
