That's probably because she *is* one, here. It's not really *that* implausible. After all, Sakura's got two years of school left after HF true, and she's certainly performing the required act often enough....
I *very* much doubt it's Shinji, though. Although, really, Sakura's child *shouldn't* have purple hair. Genetically, she's a black-haired Tohsaka, so she should pass on genes for *black* hair to any child she had, not for purple hair.

I made up a fake account in order to view some of the pictures, and then posted a comment accidentally (thinking it was anonymous, because the ones above it were, and I hadn't realised by browser had saved the details...), so I'm kind of stuck with it now.
But, yeah, if it's blue hair, then Shinji is the father, most likely. It kind of makes sense, really, given the number of times he has raped her. Actually, the really surprising thing is most likely that it *didn't* happen, although I'd imagine Zouken would have had his worms abort the baby, or something. When I said "it wasn't Shinji", I was thinking more that the *baby* wasn't Shinji. I didn't think of the obvious conclusion (no idea why, really). I guess it looks rather *too much* like a mini-Shinji for me to think of him as just being the father. I just assumed it was her child with Shirou, for some reason, and that the artist had assumed that Sakura has purple hair, and thus has genes for purple hair (like you said, I can't tell the difference very well).
And, of course, if Sakura *did* have a child with Shinji, I suspect she'd treat it well (whatever her feelings towards him were), since her entire life was screwed up by being rejected by her own parents.

I pretty sure that the worms would do that, I don't remember Zouken using Sakura to have children.

Actually, he did, eventually anyway. It's his original plan for her prior to the whole "turn her into a Grail" thing. He never expected her to survive until the next Grail War (which wasn't supposed to be for another 50 years), so he was going to use her child/grandchild to fight in it.
But, I doubt he would have wanted her to get pregnant yet. It would have raised too many questions, especially when a blue-haired baby who rather resembled her brother popped out. He could cover it up (or, at least, get the authorities to look the other way) through the Magic Association, of course, but only if he fancies going to Rin and asking her to cover up the fact that her sister has been raped for the last four years with his blessing....

Your point being? Of course Sakura wouldn't want to remember that (although, TBH, I doubt she's ever going to be able to forget it, baby or not), but she's far too nice to abandon a child in that way.
Like I said, her whole life was ruined by her being given away by her parents
, so she'd never do such a thing to her own child, no matter who the father was. It's not the baby's fault, after all, that Shinji raped her.
