Maybe from her shy personality, she ended up friendzone all guys whose trying to go with her, because she's too afraid advancing her relationship? Both 1 and 3 I think. Plus, she may be shutting down the guys who just want to get to know her breasts, which may make up the majority of her suitors.

She needs to shop at the same places as Atago and Takao, though. The pan-pa-ka-paan is probably causing a lot of extra work for Sazanami.

I think a more accurate translation might be "Your tears are delicious" for the first one (seeing as it literally means "your tears make my meal taste better")
