I think that last track is part of the music to Lodoss War, but I can't seem to find a YouTube video featuring just that track. (I see some hits for an IdolM@ster track of the same name, but going by the time period for the other music, I'm sure that's not it.)

Ah... almost my evolution in music listening since childhood.
Rerecording tape on partly broken tape player and having fun with chewed tape, audioCD on ripped off PC CD-ROM drive powered by ripped off PC power source... good times.
