She's having gas pains and a really strong need to fart, but she doesn't want to do it in public. The pain grows stronger and her tummy gurgles and bulges from the massive amount of gas(wonder what she ate?).But she can't help it and she tries to deny it all even after a numerous loud farts. Poor girl...kinda looks like Asuka from NGE, even though it's not mentioned in the tags.
