This is a copy of post #1489595, but seemingly not out of anything malicious, that is to say... The pixiv user seems to just be uploading artworks he likes. Seen that a few a times.
EDIT: Seeing now that it's been cropped, guess it is (lazier-than-usual) plagiarism.
