Not necessarily, since André worked for basically everybody at one point or another; from Verne Gagne to the Crocketts to Fritz Von Erich. And that's just in the States. During the '70s and early '80s he was essentially a promotion unto himself, and would be brought in as a special attraction whenever a company needed to draw a big house.
