The one labeled 'Reimu' is actually Youmu. That's one of the alternate outfits Youmu appeared in like once or twice (I haven't played enough games to know all the ones she wears it in, but it's shown in a lot of doujin about her.) That looks nothing like Reimu at all.
Eh? No, it's correct as it is - that's れいむ, not ようむ. He has dark colored hair that seems to have Reimu's little side hair-bands (for lack of a better term for them.) His outfit is a little strange, but I don't think it's entirely unfitting.
...Not to mention that Youmu is up in the top right corner, isn't she? (he?)
