Upload the new ones, edit the old posts and enter the new ones' post numbers as each of their parents. Open the pool and edit it to use the new post numbers instead of the old ones.

Edit: Finished uploading + linking + editing. Currently copy-pasting the TL notes. Did a few, will continue with the rest after a break.
