I remember seeing this CG several metric internets before Hidamari first appeared, and I'm certain that its adapted from a 4-koma, not an eroge. Can't remember the source of this pic, though.
Hrm. Yes it is indeed adapted from a 4-koma, but there also exists a doujin ero-ge out there somewhere. I don't think this is from the same one though? Never played it.
