Similar to post #190557 but older version... Yes, I am aware that no one likes old loli... but whatever!

Also, I added scan_artifects tag, because 1) Appearently I can't spell; and 2) There are lots of fugly scan artifacts. I've corrected the tag to say "scan_artifacts" but I'm guessing that's pending for approval, too.

Approved, but mostly in the hopes that someone finds a cleaner scan. I didn't see this on moe.imouto unfortunately.

Someone over filtered the bed sheet cover which is why you get those weird artifacts. Also a bad merge of the scan if you check out Nanoha's hair you'll see it.
