Those types of fountain pens have a suction based well, so it can be used as a squirt gun.

I'm thinking this would be a sniper weapon, maybe with a wide shot depending of the shape of the pen's head

It would make the player move twice as fast as an inkbrush.
Literally impossible to hit.
