She's an unrevealed character in the light novel. The ninth level 100 NPC who serves Ainz. This artwork was a teaser that she existed.

Yea... that seems to be the case. People have taken the illustration and tried making out what the "shadow girl" looks like:
She appears to be dressed in miko attire with long hair. As for who she is? Lots of fan speculation. The most popular theories are she's Rubedo (said to be the most powerful being of Nazarick) or she's Lastborn (said to be Nazarick's secret weapon). Personally I think she's Lastborn, since Rubedo is described as more machine-like.
My money is on Area Guardian of Cherry Blossom Sanctuary instead of Rubedo, because the overkill-ness of the 8th floor is not enough for the last line of defend.

Lastborn is an "immortal human" and a Pleiades battle maid; there was old speculation that she's a Vocaloid reference (as most of the Nazarick inhabitants are shoutouts to pop culture icons).
Also, Rubedo is not related at all to Albedo & Niigredo, but a construct/golem similar to CZ/Suzu (the "weapon test" mentioned as an aside in a later volume).

Seeing how Victim isn't level 100, and all the Floors have a level 100 Guardian, it would be fitting there really is a level 100 on the 8th... just not in charge.

Lastborn of the Pleiades isn't the miko referred to, but the "immortal human"... whose concept appearance happens to bear a resemblance to Hatsune Miku. Of course she isn't the L100 NPC.
Rubedo in the LN is the "weapon" referred to.
To reiterate, the as-of-yet unnamed L100 NPC in the picture is speculated to be the Area Guardian of Cherry Blossom Sanctuary, which was described as a shinto shrine.
Hmmm, well when she gets announced, we'll see who she really is. And ofc, who was closest to figuring it out.
I mean, for all we know, the Creator could pull something we didn't foresee outta his/her Hat. Plus, i know she can't be Nigredo,'cause the Shadow Lady has Lips in this,and Nig doesn't.
