I'm not really sure what's going on here. In the last panel, I assume Haruki is just standing in front of Mitsuru...but it looks a bit suspicious with Mitsuru's head down there.

I looked at the source page some, but couldn't make it out completely...something about men cosplaying as women and women as men, how Haruki has to be a bit more conniving than Haruhi, etc.

As for the translation, it seems like it would be
"I changed them."
"...yeah...it's all right, right?"
