    Chinese dialogues and Japanese sound effects? Weird! Were these originally in Japanese?

    Originally in chinese, there's tons of genderswap haruhi chinese artwork out there.

    But why would a Chinese artist write sound effects in katakana? Don't they normally write them in Chinese, as in post #181170?

    Possibly for the same reason Japanese artists stick English in here or there - it makes them look cool somehow.
