    N.B. This type of popcorn is best known in the US by the brand name Jiffy Pop. It's still made here, though it can be hard to find in regular stores, as much of its market share has been taken over by microwave popcorn. They have it on Amazon, though.

    I only did a quick search, so I'm sorry if I'm wrong.

    As I was drawing this, I became hungry. But it seems like it is not in production anymore by the House brand that made this...how sad...
    Within what seems to be aluminum foil in the shape of a frying pan is the corn for the popcorn. Once heated by a gas stove or of the likes, the inside heats up and becomes popcorn, ready to be eaten.
