    Seconded. I find spiders fascinating, just not when they randomly appear on me...

    Well, depends on the species. Lot of kinds that look like brown recluses where I live. Most of thema re the generic domestic house spider but they look like they could be hobo spiders too.

    The little black ones (that are obviously not widows due to shape) and jumping spiders are easy exceptions, but I never see jumping spiders inside the house. :<
