The only speculation is who's making out with/sleeping with admiral. Ikazuchi's in a state of yandere rage, Akatsuki does not compute, Hibiki's getting off, and Inazuma's nervously unsure of what to do, so it's a pretty safe bet it's somehow carnal in nature.
