    Splatoon

    They've announced a Fest will be held.
    The theme is "Which will save the world? Love vs Money".
    It's a deep theme, but neither is good or bad.
    Let's think carefully and then answer which is really necessary.
    The Fest runs from 9:00 a.m. October 31 (Sat) through 9:00 a.m. November 1 (Sun).

    Money is just a trade intermediary that represents goods and services. Money by itself is meaningless or even worse causes inflation and devalues the concept of money when there's too much of it.

    This splatfest is super goofy. What's the next one gonna be? A boat vs. a picture of a boat?

    Everyone loves to say they don't need or want money... but hand them a few grand with no strings attached and they will clamber over each other for it. Perhaps a correction is that some people don't want to work too hard for money. Rarely do you see someone who worked from rags to riches come out and say money is worthless. Those who have to work for their pay realize the value of it, and how much effort it takes to grease the gears of society. Misplaced jealousy seems to fuel the "deep" conversations about how money is so evil, and people just jump on the bandwagon. You can't replace money with love, or vice versa. They simply are not even related in the slightest, but it makes people feel better if they haven't hit their financial aspirations yet I guess. Sour grapes and such.
