hmmm i guess ふふふ鈴谷の胸を貸してあげょうじゃないか(Fufufu Suzuya no mune o kashite ageyou jana ika) which literary means suzuya lend her breast or her chest,well the truth i can't barely read all of it (some kanji are too blurry)

so it's not about Suzuya having bigger breast?
