"Libatape" is a first-aid product brand of LIBATAPE PHARMACEUTICAL, located in Kyushu island of Japan. As this brand is so famous in this area, people in Kyushu often refer the adhesive bandage as "Libatape".

"Sabio" was also a brand name of the adhesive bandage, though the company no longer uses that name. Some people in Hokkaido refer the adhesive bandage as "Sabio".

I come months late, but I wanted to add that gardevoir was introduced in Hoenn, which is based in Kyushu, while gallade was in Sinnoh, based on Hokkaido.
