I'll nitpick (forgive some game engine lingo, I work with such engines):
1) The 2D plane where the dick is attached to shows the background behind it (if it's done in Flash, then they forgot to fill the area behind it before rendering it to ugoira/or whatever format).
2) Eyes go wacko again, same as last time. They need to focus at the camera, and not jerk around, looks like she's been drugged or something.
Other than that... I hope the artist can fix those mistakes. And they need a proper man. :P

I'm not sure, but perhaps that movement is on purpose. Somehow, while I agree it looks weird, I also think is kind of sexy. Perhaps if the movement was less intense...
