    Those 2 are Amazon enemies from the game. It's a joke based from what happened in his Interlude (personal Servant Quests you might say).

    While lecturing the MC & Shielder about some lore stuff, a large group of Amazons suddenly appear & it seems they make a bee line for Archer.

    One might say that the former ero protagonist's swag is still going strong.
