Old Poppy was equally Hammer and Shield despite going on and on about the Hammer (I think her scriptwriter missed a memo or two). Now the ratios are more appropriate.

Warwick is still ok and urgot is even meta sometimes. Urgot is complex and taric is a little halfway. id say taric->warick and i dont think they need to rework urgot
