Initially I didn't plan to make a song (But the request was edited a bit later) and add various stuffs, but because of some technical problems™.
I had troubles recording vocals for a while. I think that the drawing will help to compensate that it all took more time than I promised.

The lyrics aren't sad, and the music is not either. That's quite unusual for me, because I often inspired or looked upon "aggression" etc.
The idea is Kokoro's thoughts/feelings, "Hopeless Masquerade" events and allusions to Miko, Koishi and even Reimu.
Lyrics aren't really long, so there was not much space to express all phantasy I got. But this time it's really melodic and somehow singable.

Speaking about the vocals, they are more quiet than in older tracks.
Firstly, because it goes better with music and sounds more accurate.
Secondly, my microphone doesn't allow toying around with volume. Just as before.
I don't think that there is a need to pursue perfect vocal purity and understandability, considering that the voice should be an instrument, not a piece of crap wasting everything. Just as usual, lyrics are attached to the post as a document. Overall, the customer's opinion is what matters the most.

About the Illustration: It's peculiar that there are very few "Touhou" x "Mortal Kombat" crossovers. These two fandoms are quite similar: A lot of unique characters with their own story. However, in "Mortal Kombat" Characters are described better, so Mister ZUN still got something to learn~!
Kokoro and Kitana are similar in some aspects, not to mind their weaponry. But Kitana's suit ("The Dark Empress") is majestic and Kokoro looks cool and sexy in it!
If the one thinks a bit further, then Mileena should go along with Koishi, (With weird face? Are you surprised of something after the "Urban Legend in Limbo" events?). Miko or Byakuren — with Sindel.
Maybe I'll do this in a future, I mean combining the characters. And now you may see my crooked (I don't want to swear in long posts like this) signature :"-----)
