Okay, while I can see how this bike accommodates a horse's natural build I still think a centaur would need to have an incredible sense of balance, bordering on tight-rope level, to be able to ride that smoothly.

The bike would be top heavy for sure but if we assume that the bike was made specifically for her race, it could have been altered to avoid that problem.
