Thwarted again by the infernally small text.

    連れ込んだの
    初めてだったんだよ

I got this much, but the first line eludes me, and guessing won't be very professional.

It is この家に女を. I'll add the translation for you.

Thank you. Let me just punctuate that for you.

Hah, ok. I've been purposely omitting punctuation when there's none in the Japanese, because I feel that it's too limiting in how things should be read (considering Japanese can end a question with a period, it leaves a lot to the reader to fill in on his own).

I can understand your reasoning there. But since you're translating into English, and English typically requires punctuation, it's technically not a complete translation if you omit them. Besides, I don't like leaving things ambiguous unless it's clear to me that they were intended to be ambiguous in the original text. ;)

Haha, I seem to have misread スミ as ミス.

I don't see why it was necessary to replace my other translations with more literal ones, though. But it all comes down to the same, I guess.

Never mind, I can see clearly why the line in panel 3 had to be modified.

I managed to take your clothes off with my eyes closed, but dressing you...
    Thank goodness...
It seems for now I've been taken in by a good person.
    A Good Person
The better a person seems the less you should trust them.
The room's quite warm, though, so I thought you'd be OK...
    Eh?
I can't say it... It's too late now to tell her that I feasted my eyes on every corner of her body while I was treating her wounds.
It's the first time I've ever brought a woman into my home.
